Christmas Deliveries 
Some local delays occurring nationwide in An Post network due to
Christmas parcel volumes. Please check tracking information
provided. All parcels will be delivered as An Post works through local

Delivery Times are estimates only. Some seasonal and local

Please report any damage or missing items to our customer service
team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the
product. We strongly encourage that all items are thoroughly checked
immediately after delivery. We can only fix order errors when
informed! Damage to items reported more than 24 hours after delivery

will be assumed to have taken place while in the possession of the

Toro Workwear works hard to ensure that you are using the best
possible products. However, if you need to return or exchange a
product please follow our procedure.
For products purchased directly from toroworkwear.com, we accept
returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase date (shipping and
handling not included).
Products may be returned for one of the following reasons;
1. product damaged on arrival        2. Incorrect product sent     
To return a product please contact [email protected] first,
outlining your reasons for returning, your proof of purchase or order
number and let us know if you would like to return this product for a
full refund, exchange it for a comparable product, or to obtain credit
for Toroworkwear.com.
Note: Only products purchased on Toroworkwear.com may be
returned. Items purchased from another retail store or website must
be returned to the original place of purchase.
We cannot refund items purchased through a set. All items in the set
must be returned to obtain a refund.
When returning a product, the product must be securely sealed and
parcelled, including the original dispatch note. Toroworkwear.com
cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Returned items must arrive undamaged, in original packaging and in
unused/saleable condition. Please take care when packing items as
they will require the correct packaging supplied with your order to
protect them in transit. 
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make
sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way. In
the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable
condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Damage in transit on return is the responsibility of the sender. Sets
will be treated as a single item – sets partially damaged in transit will
not qualify for a partial refund. In the event a set is returned partially
damaged in transit, the entire set will be disposed of.
When your refund is complete, it will be carried out using the same
payment method as you used for the initial transaction.
Toroworkwear.com will also refund the return postage fee, as long as
a receipt for this has been included in the parcel.
Please be aware that any parcels returned to us due to non-collection
will be subject to additional postage charges for resending Products.

Toroworkwear.com reserves the right to suspend, change, modify,
add or remove portions of Content available on the Site at any time
and to restrict the use and accessibility of the Site.

We will try to ensure continuous availability of the Site, and all the
Content of the Site, but accepts no responsibility for the
consequences of interruptions or delays, whatever the cause may be.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is
legal and which does not damage our reputation. You must not
establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association,
approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our Site
must not be framed on any other site, nor should you establish a link

implied warranties or implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a
particular purpose or non-infringement.  All such implied terms and
warranties are hereby excluded.
If any part or provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be
unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other
part or provision.
These Terms and Conditions, the Guidelines, and any document
expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between
us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence,
negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding, or agreement
between us relating to the subject of these Terms and

Irish Law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Ireland shall
have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, which may arise out
of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship
established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all
disputes to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
